“THINKING OUTSIDE THE JEWELLERY BOX." ~ flux + form

I have to share something I am really jazzed about - how I came about working with the talented and beautiful jewellery designers,
Kim Drosdick and Suzanne Crudden of flux + form.

Many years ago I bookmarked the website for jewellery designer, Kim Drosdick, as I was crazy about the commission she did for a client
that involved fossilized dinosaur bones. Over the years of travelling I have built up a bone, rock, shell, broken china, and stick collection.
What do to with it all? When I saw Kim's work I had an idea!

This past spring I met Kim in person when I attended Ladies Who Launch. Kim had previously taken the incubator and now her talented business partner and best friend, Suzanne Crudden, was taking it. The sessions were being held at their studio on Sherbourne, south of
Queen, in Toronto. How can one not be inspired about their business and potentialities when surrounded by luxe jewellery?

We are now working together to solidify their brand ~ flux + form ~ and create a website that not only reflects their studio but also reflects
their unique relationship as friends, designers and partners in business.

It is rare to meet business partners that demonstrate such respect for each other and the key inspiration for their project has been the
value they place in their relationship.

I look forward to launching their new website at the start of 2011.
